1.Gear pump shaft repair after wear The wear of the shaft in the gear pump is mainly due to the friction wear between the two ends of the shaft and the supporting roller pin, making the shaft diameter smaller. If the wear is slight, the shaft can be repaired by plating a layer of hard chrome to increase the diameter size of the shaft in this part. If the shaft is seriously worn, it should be remanufactured from 45 steel or 40cr steel. After the shaft blank is roughly and finely turned, the bearing part should be heat treated, with a hardness of hrc60-65, and then ground, so that the surface roughness of the bearing mating partra is no more than 0.32μm; the tolerance of roundness and cylindricity of the shaft should be 0.005mm; and the mating part with the gear should be h7/h7/h7/h7/h7/h7/h7/h7/h7/h7/h7/h7/h7/h7/h7.
